"Yoga for executives» is a vinyasa flow with elements of asana, pranayama (breathing) and meditation that energizes the body and calms the mind. Mental strength, ability to focus, reflection, resilience, decisiveness, empathy and communication skills are all topics that are developed through physical exercises, breathing techniques and a focus on energy flow and inner peace.
